Please understand we do not accept returns as all items are produced on a made-to-order service in the color and size of your choice. Returns will only be accepted if the item is faulty and must be returned within 7 days. Items MUST be unworn/unwashed, (please try on swimwear with panty liner or over underwear) Salpica Playa reserves the right to deny returns for reasons such as ‘’change of mind’’. Feel free to ask us for color recommendations, sizing, fit or any other questions you may have.
In the unlikely event your item comes damaged, we can offer a replacement. Damages must be claimed within 2 business days of confirmed delivery. Please email us at salpicaplaya@gmail.com with images.
